The HoneyCore stunt scooter wheels from Root Industries have a very special, perforated look with a honeycomb structure. This not only gives these scooter wheels a stunning style, it also keeps the weight down to a low 203 g per wheel. The HoneyCore are part of Root's popular Air wheel series. The Air wheels are made using HollowCore technology. Essentially, this design traps air in the wheel core between the two robust aluminum plates. This not only ensures a lightweight construction, it also gives the scooter wheels their powerful properties. The PU formula used by Root quickly became a favorite of many pro riders after its introduction. It makes the stunt scooter wheel super fast and strong.
