Returns & Exchanges

Want to return or exchange something? Here's how:

1. Prepare your item

Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please pack them as neatly as you received them – shoes and skates should also be laced up as in their original condition. The tidier your return arrives, the faster we can process your refund or exchange.

2. Include your order number

Please enclose your delivery note or a note with your order number and name. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you'd like instead (e.g. a different size).

3. Send it back – with the carrier of your choice

We recommend a tracked shipping service. Keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund.

4. Refund

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it. Refunds or exchanges are usually processed within 2 working days. When our warehouse is busy, it may occasionally take a few days longer – thanks for your patience!
