The Nidecker Supermatic is the binding that snowboarding has been waiting for: the first universal, automatic dual entry binding. Many companies have tried to crack the code for the perfect step-in binding - without success. Most of these systems only work with special, suitable boots, many fail in powder and none are as comfortable and reliable as normal two-strap models. We spent four years tinkering with our version, which has a solution to all of these problems. A real game changer. For this we developed our special Drop In tech highback. When you step into the binding with your foot, you automatically activate the heel pedal and fold the highback upwards. That's it - you can get going.

With a simple lever, it can be folded back down just as quickly and easily and you can step out of the binding. The straps have the same comfortable AuxTech design as our traditional high-end bindings. Once with the Locking Slap ratchets, they always fit perfectly. The beauty of this system is that it works with any boot from any manufacturer and there is no cumbersome mechanism that can block. And if the snow conditions or the slope require it, you can also strap it on like a normal binding. We built the Supermatic from the tried and tested materials that can also be found in the rest of our collection. The baseplate is made of bomb-proof, glass-fiber-filled nylon and a Slip-N-Grip plate that lets your boot slide into the binding even more easily. A roller on the heel cup ensures that the highback opens and closes smoothly. The design of the Nylon Asym Hadron Highback fits perfectly, has a responsive flex and an individually adjustable forward lean. Overall, the Supermatic is a medium-hard binding that our team rated as the most comfortable model ever. We tested it everywhere - from slopes to steep freeride lines to the park - and got feedback from a wide variety of riders. The bottom line is: you can trust this speed entry system completely.
