2-layer mouthguard for optimal protection that significantly reduces impact and the likelihood of dental injuries and concussions.
Adult size: 10 years old and older
Child size: 10 years old and younger.
The mouth guard can be adjusted to the mouth as follows. Please note that boiling water can cause injury.
Boil water and allow to cool for 30 seconds before placing the adult face mask in water for 70 seconds (30 seconds for children)
Using a spoon, remove the mouthguard from the water, shake off the water, and then place it on your upper teeth. (The mouthguard should be warm.)
When your upper teeth are centered on the guard, bite down gently and use your tongue to suck out excess air and water from the mouthguard. You can also use your fingers to adjust the mouthguard from the outside.
The mouth guard should be kept in the mouth for 30 seconds, then removed and rinsed under cold running water.
If it doesn't fit perfectly, repeat the process as many times as you like until it is optimally adjusted.
If the face mask is a little too big, it can be shortened at the ends with a knife.
