Single-layer mouth guard that can also be used when grinding your teeth at night to prevent damage to your teeth.

Adult size: age 10 years or more.

Youth size: age 10 years or under.

Adjusting the face mask. Warning: Boiling water can be dangerous!

• Bring water to a boil and then let it stand for about 30 seconds before submerging the adult face mask for 70 seconds (30 seconds for the youth face mask).
• Now take the mouth guard out of the water with a spoon, shake off the water, and place it over the middle of your upper teeth as quickly as possible (the mouth guard should be warm).
• Once the mouthguard is centered on the upper teeth, gently bite your teeth together and suck or squeeze out any air or excess water from the mouthguard with your tongue. You can also use your fingers to press the mouthguard into place from the outside.
• Then keep the face mask in your mouth for about 30 seconds and immediately run it under cold water after removing it.
• If the mouth guard does not yet fit perfectly, the above procedure can be repeated until the fit is optimal.
• If the mouth guard is still a little too big, the ends can be carefully cut off with a knife.
