Single-layer face mask that can also be used for night-time teeth grinding to avoid damaging the teeth.

Adult size: age 10 years or more.

Teenage size: age 10 or under.

Adjusting the mouthguard. Warning: boiling water can be dangerous!

• Bring water to a boil, then let it stand for about 30 seconds before immersing the adult mouthguard for 70 seconds (30 seconds for the juvenile mouthguard).
• Now take the mouthguard out of the water with a spoon, shake off the water and place it on the center of the upper teeth as quickly as possible (the mouthguard should be warm).
• When the mouthguard is centered on the upper teeth, gently clench your teeth and suck air and excess water out of the mouthguard or press it out with your tongue. The fingers can also be used to press the mouthguard onto the right place from the outside.
• Then keep the mouthguard in your mouth for about 30 seconds and immediately hold it under cold water after removing it.
• If the mouthguard does not yet fit perfectly, the above procedure can be repeated until the fit is optimal.
• If the mouthguard is still a little too big after that, the ends can be carefully cut off with a knife.
